2. Data we process
When you submit an enquiry, we may process your name, telephone number, email address, rental dates and times, pick-up location, preferred vehicle and message. The server may record basic technical information such as IP address, access time and browser data for security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare an offer and take steps at your request before entering into a rental agreement. Security logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in protecting the website and preventing misuse.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a rental are retained only as long as necessary for communication and administrative records, normally for no longer than 12 months. Data connected with a completed rental is retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and other applicable laws.
5. Recipients
Data is available only to people handling rental enquiries and technical providers required for hosting and transactional email delivery. Personal data is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing.
6. Your rights

7. Security and cookies
